FIRST Robotics Competition – Update 2

The SciBorgs just got back from the FIRST FRC Pacific Northwest Championship at EWU in Cheney where they competed with the top 64 teams in the district. The first day and a half they had a not-so stellar run of matches, with some technical difficulties—but the students used their problem-solving skills and got the robot working better and their matches improved steadily the next two days. They made it to the PNW Championship Playoffs and earned a spot to go to the FIRST Championship in Houston—next week!

Team 4061 will be playing with 400 robotics teams from the U.S. and around the world April 19-22. There will be six playing fields: Carver, Galileo, Hopper, Newton, Roebling, and Turing (The SciBorg’s field). The Winners from each field will then play the Championship Finals on the Einstein field. You can catch the action at www.thebluealliance.com
